You must register for your chosen class no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class date. There is a 25% late registration fee added if you sign up within 14 days of a class. Class deposits are non-refundable. If you place a deposit on a class you must pay the remaining balance no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled class date or a 25% late fee will be added. Full refunds (minus the non-refundable deposit, if applicable) can be given up to 3 months prior to the scheduled class date.
Refunds will not be given after the 3 month mark. If for any reason you cannot attend your registered class date, you may be allowed to transfer your paid balance (minus the non-refundable deposit, if applicable) and use it towards another class. Requests for transfer must be given no later than 3 weeks prior to the originally registered course date and are subject to class availability and approval at the discretion of Verrett’s Tactical LLC.
If for any reason the above policies are not met, registration, refunds and class transfers may be denied/revoked at the discretion of Verrett’s Tactical.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITAR REGULATIONS, ONLY U.S. CITIZENS ARE ACCEPTED TO PARTICIPATE IN VERRETT’S TACTICAL COURSES.
Students must have a background in good standing and no felony convictions.
For all classes EXCEPT Essential Handgun – Students must provide proof of training from a reputable trainer or organization, be current/former LEO or MIL, have IDPA or USPSA credentials, possess an armed security permit, or concealed carry license. This is for safety reasons as our courses will quickly evolve into advanced applications. We evaluate credentials on a case by case basis.
All active duty US Military and Law Enforcement Officers are eligible to receive a 10% discount on all Verrett’s Tactical courses.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and submit a copy of your current LE/MIL ID to receive your coupon code. We understand that additional training is oftentimes necessary but can be a strain on time and personal resources. Verrett’s Tactical supports our Military and Police Officers who put themselves in harms way every day to protect our country and our fellow citizens.
We offer gift certificates for all classes and for any amount. All class requirements are still mandatory. Gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates can be used to enroll in any available class. Please contact us at Info@VerrettsTactical.com for more info.
REGISTRANT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Verrett’s Tactical requires a non-refundable deposit at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 21 days prior to the scheduled training. There will be NO refunds given if a registrant cancels less than 90 days before the training start date. You may reschedule attendance to another available training class at the discretion of Verrett’s Tactical.
CANCELLATION BY VERRETT’S TACTICAL:
Verrett’s Tactical reserves the right to cancel the program at any time, with reasonable notice given to all participants. If a program is cancelled, refunds will be paid in full or Verrett’s Tactical LLC may reschedule attendance at the next available training class. In the event of a cancellation, Verrett’s Tactical is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or any other travel charges or expenses you may incur.
Verrett’s Tactical LLC takes pictures and video recording during classes and uses them solely for the purposes of advertisement including Facebook and other social media, not limited to other web sites. This is not negotiable.
Verrett’s Tactical reserves the right to change the above policies at any time without notice.
You must be a U.S. citizen with background in good standing and no felony convictions to participate in any Verrett’s Tactical course. Training is only open to legal, US Citizens or permanent residents (green card holders) per ITAR (22 CFR §§120-130).
