Description
- Students will begin with a 200 round concise and comprehensive pistol program designed to maximize efficiency and shooting performance via VerTac’s Diagnose, Calibrate, and Assessment program.
- Students will then be introduced to concepts designed to increase efficiency of instruction when introducing officers to weapon systems. Focusing on the HOW and WHY with the aim of demonstrating how to most effectively build up performance, proficiency and accountability of officers when being introduced to new or existing tools.
- This program assists law enforcement instructors in conserving valuable department resources and time, reducing potential liability, while also enabling competitive shooters and defensive carriers to make the most of their valuable resources and time/investment.
- Class deposit is required to hold your seat, the deposit is non refundable and the remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of your scheduled class date.
Required Equipment
- Handgun (you must provide your own handgun and ammunition)
- 400 rounds of ammunition
- 3-4 Magazines (Ability to carry 50 rounds on body at any time)
- Belt (Stiff belt that can support your equipment)
- Holster that can safely secure your weapon during dynamic movement.
- Ear & eye protection (electronic ear protection recommended)
- No Cloth or leather Holsters -We recommend the Safariland ALS or GLS line of holsters
- No Blackhawk Serpa Holsters
- No SIG P320 Pistols
- Magazine pouches (We recommend Esstac Kiwi pouches)
- Batteries for electronics
- Weapons lube & tools
- Hydration & water

- Body armor (optional)
